Life & Grief Coaching

My goal as a life and grief coach is to help you move from hopelessness or despair to hope in Christ Jesus and His amazing love and sustaining power.

Do you need help navigating the difficult waters of loss and grief? These losses are the big D's: The big D's are life dislocation, (moving or being transferred, or starting new somewhere) disappointment, (losing a job opportunity or losing any desired outcome) disease (mental and physical health issues of minor or major proportion that affect us, divorce ( a marriage ends), and death ( a life ends).

As a certified Biblical Life Coach, during our coaching and counseling sessions, I will walk with you through your personalized journey and pray with you. I work with loss and grief occurring from any type of grief from loss and any issue that has created a need for help with depression and sorrow.  

I aim to help develop with you a caring, compassionate Christian perspective in your journey that includes Christian-based step-by-step growth and transformational coping skills.

I will pray during sessions with you, and I will pray for you when not in session. Also, materials will be available for free combined with your coaching sessions. Coaching is not counseling, but I will counsel from a Biblical point of view during our coaching time. Biblical life coaching for help with grief strengthens and encourages you to come to your own decisions about your life circumstances, and you then make choices that help you live a stronger, wiser, healthier life.

All are welcome to one free discovery session with no obligation to continue, and then you can decide whether to work with me as your coach after that initial free session.
